Scope and parties
These terms concern browsing the website, informational content, and features actually available. SardiniaKey is a technology product and does not own the accommodation or necessarily form part of the Host–guest stay contract. Host technology services may be experimental or provided in a free pilot; no future price or purchase is implied.
Requests and stays
A booking request is not a confirmation unless the specific flow clearly says otherwise. Availability, price, terms, and cancellation depend on the offer and Host, subject to law.
The stay contract is distinct from these terms and is formed under the conditions communicated by the Host. No general claim is made that SardiniaKey collects rent, holds deposits, or automatically manages payments or refunds.
Permitted use and intellectual property
Users must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with systems, or conduct abusive scraping or automated collection. Marks, software, text, and interfaces are protected; uses permitted by law remain unaffected.
Anyone publishing content must hold the necessary rights and permissions. Accommodation information remains attributable to the relevant Hosts or rights holders.
Availability, third parties, and liability
The service may be updated, suspended for maintenance, or interrupted. No service level or response time is promised. Third-party links and services are governed by their operators’ terms.
Nothing excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including non-waivable consumer rights.
Communications, changes, and law
Communications may use the contact details provided or website features. Terms may be updated prospectively; material changes will be made known using appropriate means.
Applicable law and courts are determined by applicable rules, preserving any mandatory consumer forum.
