Need help with the SardiniaKey app? This page includes essential information for hosts and guests.
For guests
- Open the stay link received from the host.
- View the stay information available for your booking.
- Read and send messages to the host when the feature is active.
- Use check-in, access or useful information only when enabled for your stay.
- If something does not work, contact the host or SardiniaKey.
For hosts
For full setup, content, settings and advanced management, use the web host dashboard.
- Log in with your host account.
- Manage stays, messages and operational notifications when available in the app.
- Use the app as daily operational support.
- For advanced setup, continue using the web host dashboard.
Common issues
I cannot log in
Check that you are using the correct account. If you are a guest, open the stay link received from the host. If you are a host, use your host account credentials.
I cannot see my stay
Make sure you opened the correct stay link. If the stay does not appear, ask the host to send the link again.
I do not receive notifications
Check your phone notification permissions and connection. Some notifications depend on the features enabled for the stay.
The stay link does not open
Open the link with your browser or the installed app. If it still does not work, ask the host to regenerate or resend the link.
I changed phone
Install the app again and log in with your host account, or reopen the stay link if you are a guest.
I need to contact my host
Use messages in the stay area when available, or use the contact details received with your booking.
I am a host and cannot see my data
Check that you are logged in with the correct host account. For full settings and data, use the web host dashboard.
